Flashback 6

I wasn't always as cool as you would think. Back when i was 15 or 16 I went on a date with what I thought was the love of my life. It was the worst date in the history of my life. Looking back I think it was so horrendous because of how innocent I was.

I took her to a carnival for a quiet evening and a second date sorta situation, although I was currently punished and snuck out and needed to be back home at a certain point I threw caution to the wind and made the trip on the train ride that was about 30 mins.

First I showed up 45 mins late when we only had a 2 hr window to begin with.

At the carnival I refused to play a carnival game, because the guy the was mocking me and calling me out. My date really wanted one of the upgraded prizes and tried herself and won one of the smaller prizes. I decided to shut the guy up and win her the gift. 25$ later I didn't even win the small gift and he was laughing at me, while she was embarrassed and wanted to walk away.

We went on a few rides, one being the zipper. Now I had a face of a watch in my pocket cuz my watch wristband broke. On the zipper my watch face came out of my pocket and bounced around our bucket, hitting her in the face and flying out. That can't be my fault though, but it was my fault I asked the guy to stop the ride after we got off so I can look around the floor to find it again. (which I did find it!!)

Since I had no money left, she bought us dinner but since my watch was broken I lost track of time I found out I was already late to go home and I still needed to take a 30 min train ride home. So I said goodbye, didn't eat my food and ran away to the train.

...or so I remember.
